Hello again
It's been a very long time since my last post , but I have been really busy . I' m not complaining as it's a really nice feeling knowing that people love my cards and that they keep coming back for more .
S nice things are going so well I have been very naughty and bought myself a lovely shiny IPad . If I get the hang of it I may even find time to post more regularly .
Here is a cute card for a young lady who's favourite book is Roald Dahl's Matilda so I made this card in the style of the illustrator Quentin Blake

Amazing card Kate, how did you do it?
It is a really simple one - I was sketching out my design first on scrap and ended up using the original sketch as it had the exact hand drawn effect i was after , each piece is separate and layered with foam pads for dimension .It is coloured with promarkers .The font is added onto a background using craft artist .I noticed after I had taken this picture that I had missed the D from the Matilda , I have changed it now !
It's a lovely card!
