Now this card has been a right pain in the backside since the moment i started making it - It has been rearranged on so many different backgrounds that i was nearly pulling my hair out by the time it was finished . It is for our Lavender and lace themed challenge at I ♥ Promarkers .
I have used the 1920'S LADIES from our sponsor this week Digi doodle shop

sweet and simple
I adore this image and as i think it says it all I thought it would be perfect for our KISS ( Keep It Sweet and Simple) challenge over at I ♥ promarkers. We have a brand new sponsor this week Simply sentiments and you could win $10 to spend in their online store on some fabulous digital designs.
I had prior notice of our challenge so made this before I knew who our sponsor would be so I must apologise for not using one of our sponsors products .I thought i would have had time to make a new card for this challenge but have been so far behind thanks to my craft room move that i was nt able to manage it

A quick post from me
Where is this year going? please can somebody slow it down a bit .
I meant to organise this blog post before i disconnected the pc but i forgot ,I have been busy moving my craft room back into the bigger bedroom as my daughter decided that she did nt like it in there after all and asked if i would swap so she could have the smaller room back - I had to do it quick before she changed her mind !
Three days of hard work and i now have all the worktops up and the shelves in and i actually have space to work I cant believe she wanted to swap :0)- gotta love that girl !
Here is my card for this weeks challenge at I ♥ promarkers - There is a fabulous prize from our sponsors this week-Crafty Individualsand we want to see what you can do using your punches-
I dont have many punches (not as many as i would like anyway ) as i have die cutting machines but i do have a few flower ones so i used those -I made the card for a colleague at work who has decide to leave after 18 yrs - very brave woman !

Happy New Year and a new challenge too
Happy New year to you all .
This is the first card i have made since Christmas and it made a nice change to do something on a different theme .I have made this as my DT card for I ♥ promarkers where we are asking you to use something recycled on your card. I have recycled the inner foil seal of my coffeemate tin to make the heart charms, they were silver but i coloured them with my PMs to give them a gold finish - i used "spice "
I also made the gerbera from a single sheet of white copy paper and coloured with "amber and spice "promarkers. The card is smaller than my usual as i had originally covered an A5 card with the paper and then discarded it into my craft box as i had buggered it up on the edge when i trimmed it .So in a way the card was also recycled

The challenge is sponsored this week by Joanna Sheen and you could win £10 to spend in here online shop which is i believe the best place to buy your promarkers from :) The prices are fantastic , the service is second to none and the P&P IS FREE -
